Willie "Frank" Franklin Skinner, Jr.

Bailey....Willie "Frank" Franklin Skinner, Jr., age 89, affectional known as Pa, passed away peacefully at his home with his family by his side. He was born November 04, 1935 in Wilson NC to the late Willie Franklin and Louise Wooten Skinner Sr. In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Glover Skinner; daughter, Lisa Cates; son, Mike Skinner, and great-granddaughter, Brittany Cook. Frank leaves to cherish is memory his daughters, Lori Joyner of Saratoga, Jennifer Cook and husband, Randall of Bailey; grandchildren, Danyel Cates (Kris), Tabatha Cates, Kendall Cates (Maranda), Brad Joyner, Tyler Joyner, and Landin Proctor; great-grandchildren, Madison and Michael Cook, Austin, Carter, Khloe, Kayden and Bristol Cates, Raylyn and Khloie Joyner, Konner Marshall, Avery Cates, Savannah, Hannah, and Jaxon Cates, Layton Joyner. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 06, 2025 at 6:00 pm at Shingleton Funeral Home with Pastor Lewis Forsythe officiating with the visitation following from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
