William O. Wissman III (Will) passed away October 5, 2021 in Dallas, Texas. Will was born in Kansas City, Kansas to William O. Wissman II and Gayle Boucher Wissman.
Will, Grew Up in Hovland, MN, graduated high school in 1995, and eventually moved to Shreveport, LA in 1997 so he could attend LSU in Shreveport. He graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science, Business management.
He had lengthy career as a sales representative in the oil & gas industry starting in Haughton, LA, Odessa, TX, and finally landing him in Dallas, TX. He was extremely motivated, always learning and became proficient in his field of expertise.
One of his many hobbies included writing of fictional short stories, skits with comedic content, and a life count biography. He also loved to travel and lived in LA, CO and Texas. Will had a passion, loved music, and was able to attend over 500 concerts taking friends & family whenever possible. Anyone that knew his love of music at any given moment would have received a text with his current favorite song or a blast from the past. You could always count on him to put a smile on your face with his amazing sense of humor, which was sure to make you laugh. He was a very kind, caring, generous and compassionate man who loved his family and doted on his three nieces who were his world.
He was proceeded in death by his loving mother Gayle Relande Wissman; Grandparents Hubbard & Velma Boucher of Springhill LA; William and Marie Wissman of Bossier City, LA; Aunt Cheryl Kay Garner of Ruston, LA; Uncle Doug Keeler of Woodbridge, VA, and his great grandparents & many great aunts & uncles.
Will is survived by his father William O Wissman, (Jackie) of Frisco, TX; his sisters Rebecca R Curry of Tinley Park, IL & Susanna Lamusga (Bradley) of Brainerd, MN; his three nieces, Claire Curry, MaryGayle & Renee Lamusga along with cousins and an Aunt.
Sunday, October 24, 2021 the family will be receiving guests starting at 11am, and Celebration of Life Service to begin at 1pm with reception to follow at Stonebrair Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 10375 Preston Rd, Frisco, TX 75033
