William Scott Ross, age 51 of Buford, GA, formerly of Richmond Hill, GA passed away Wednesday, December 11, 2019. He was preceded in death by his mother, Teresa Katherine Kirby Ross. Mr. Ross is survived by his father, William Paul Ross and other relatives. Mr. Ross was born on March 1, 1968 in Knoxville, TN. He was a former resident of Richmond Hill, GA. He attended the University of Tennessee, and was owner of Cantrell's Barbeque in Nashville, Tennessee. Mr. Ross attended Emmaus Church on Maddox Rd in Buford, GA. He was an avid fisherman and loved fly fishing, and enjoyed working on his 1966 Bronco. Mr. Ross loved his two dogs, Cody and Murphy, and his Labrador Hollis. A graveside service was held Sunday, December 15, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Spring Hill Cemetery in Nashville, TN 37216 where he was laid to rest next to his mother. The speaker was John Comiskey.
