William "Bill" Merritt Lacey, Jr. 68 of Bailey passed away Friday.
Bill is survived by his wife, Renee Calder Lacy of the home and his sons, William "Billy" Merritt, III and Justin Calder Lacy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Merritt and Ethelene Smith Lacy.
