William (Bill) Feldkamp, age 79, passed away on March 26, 2021 at the Medical Center. He is survived by his wife Marilyn; a son, David and daughter-in-law Jen Feldkamp of Coply, OH; a daughter, Patrice (Patty) Lakes; a grandson, Travis Lakes, both of Bowling Green; and a sister Sharon Feldkamp of Jacksonville, FL. William was originally from Louisville, KY and graduated from St. Xavier High School and University of Louisville. After graduation he worked at General Electric and was a member of the Kentucky Army National Guard. William lived for 30 years in Berea, KY, where he worked at Dresser Industries as Plant Engineer. While in Berea he was an active member of St. Clare Catholic Church and founded the Wilderness Trail Amateur Radio Club. William was an amateur radio operator, KI4B, for over 60 years. He and his wife retired to Bowling Green, KY where he served as a volunteer at The Medical Center for 10 years. He was an active member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 28 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 29 at 9:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church with inurnment in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church Renovation.
