Services will be held July 11, 2022 for Fruita resident, William Bruce Curry. Bruce passed away at his home on July 6, 2022, two days after celebrating his 60th birthday. Services will be held on Monday at 11 am at Martin's Mortuary. Bruce was born in Craig, CO, to Wanda Lu Curry on July 4, 1962, and adopted by his father, William Guy Curry III, June 23, 1976, when he proudly took his father's first name. He graduated from Ernest Righetti High School in Santa Maria, CA in 1981. Bruce married Tauna Curry on February 23, 1991. He was preceded in death by his father, William Curry; his mother, Wanda Curry; and brother, Shane Martin. Bruce is survived by his wife Tauna Curry; daughters, Summer Terry, and Candice Curry; 5 grandchildren, Blake and Kaylynn Murray, Kayja Curry, and Mya and Layla Himmerite; and 3 siblings. Burial follows at New Elmwood Cemetery in Fruita. Pallbearers are Blake Murray, Brandon Murray, Nick Atwood, CW Peterson, Jake Payton, Brad Atwood.
