Following David's sad passing, Angie and family would like to thank the following people: To the paramedics, ambulance crew and Great North Air Ambulance Service - thank you for your response and your calmness during a time of deep distress. To the doctors, nurses and all the medical staff at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital - thank you for the care you took of David and his loved ones, for your efforts to save him and for your honesty and sincerity. To the Reverend Canon Janice Ward - thank you for providing David with a wonderful service at Marown Parish Church and for your kind words throughout. To Steven and Maria Corkish of Kingswood Funeral Home - thank you for your kindness and support, and for making the day of the funeral as smooth and as bearable as possible. And to our friends and wider family, we hope the following words express our gratitude: Perhaps you sent a lovely card, or sat quietly in a chair. Perhaps you sent those beautiful flowers, that we saw sitting there. Perhaps you spoke the kindest words, as any friend could say. Perhaps you were not there at all, just thought of us that day.
