William Dean "Billy" Clouse

William Dean "Billy" Clouse, age 81 of Bowling Green, passed away Monday, October 20, 2025 at the Greenwood Nursing and Rehab in Bowling Green. There will be a memorial service at a later date. A native of Simpson County, he was the son of the late Marshall F. Clouse and Estelle TarrentsClouse. In addition to his parents, he is proceeded in death by his wives - Linda Kay Rowans Clouse and Anna Burnell Spann Clouse as well as his sister - Rebecca Clouse Ware. He was self employed as a disability advocate. Billy was a member of Salmons General Baptist Church and played and sang gospel music all over the country. He was a graduate of Western Kentucky University. Survivors include his son - Ryan Clouse of Fairview, Tennessee; granddaughter - Sofia Clouse; step children - Kim Marshall, Kelly Milan, Karen Bennett and Joseph Spann.
