Obituary of William E. Brown Sr.
William E. Brown, Sr., was born in Miami, Florida to the union of Quillie Brown and Ella Edwards. He made Seattle his home while in the Marine Corps where he met his wife Rosa Mae Brown (deceased, 1981). He discharged as a Vietnam Veteran out of the Marine Corps after several years and finished his military career in the Army Reserves as a Sergeant First Class where he retired after 35 years of honorable service. He also retired from the United States Postal Service with 25 years of dedicated service. He leaves behind his children: Felicia Williams, Yvonne Brown, William Brown, Jr., Angelia Brown, and a host of stepchildren. He also leaves behind his grandchildren: Satrina Brown, Lonnie Williams, Jr., Nesha Brown, Devonte Brown, and Kia Brown; a host of great grandchildren, and countless others from the CD who called him
"Pops, Poppa Brown and "Unc."
