William Gregory Blackwell, age 65, of Stockbridge, passed away on Thursday, May 04, 2023. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia to Ruth Weaver Blackwell and the late William Charles Blackwell. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Sammy Blackwell.
Mr. Blackwell is survived by his mother, Ruth Blackwell; sister, Sheila Cook; adopted brother, Micheal Coffey; as well as his nieces and nephews Micheal Cook, Cyle Cook, Misty Bruce, David Blackwell, Charles Blackwell and Christy Blackwell; and his loving dog Abbey.
Greg had an energy about him which was loving and kind. He had much love for his family, his Glen Haven Church family, and God most of all.
Funeral Services will be held in the East Chapel at Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 12:30 PM with Pastor Brady Howard officiating. Family will receive friends Wednesday, May 10, 2023, from 11:00AM until 12:30 PM at Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors.
