Wilbert Sherman Morton, Jr 42, of 81 3rd Street, Greenwood entered into eternal rest on November 7, 2024 at Self Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Greenwood County June 21, 1982 a son of Wilbert Morton Sr and Jackie Syrkett Graham. He was a member of Mt Pisgah Baptist Church.
He was former Manager at Burger King in Greenwood and attended Greenwood High School.
He leaves to cherish his memory his father, Wilbert S. Morton, Sr. ( Stephanie ) and his mother, Jackie Graham (Willie) both of Greenwood; one son Jalin Morton and a daughter Tilia Morton both of the home; his fianc?e Cassandra Oliver of the home; a brother, Melvin Lamar Middleton, Jr of Greenwood; a sister, Summer Morton of Greenwood; three step children, Alexis Coates, Alyssa Austin and Alliyah Austin all of Greenwood and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services will be held 11: 00 AM Thursday, November 14, 2024 at Mt Pisgah Baptist Church with Rev. Otis Cunningham officiating.
Burial will be in the Evening Star Cemetery.
Public viewing will be from 1-6 pm on Wednesday at the funeral home.
The family is at the home 81 3rd Street and the home of his mother, Jackie Syrkett Graham 312 Alexander Street, Greenwood.
