Wesley O Lamberth, 96, of Pendleton, passed away on October 11, 2019 at St. Vincent's Hospice in Indianapolis. He was born on July 7, 1923 in Cottontown, Tennessee.
Wesley grew up on a farm in Cottontown, TN with his parents, five brothers, and four sisters.
He served his country in the Army during World War II.
He returned to Cottontown, TN where he started a family. He moved to Indianapolis in the late 50's where he worked for RCA for 32 years. There he met his second wife Mabel. After retirement, they resided in Gulf Shores, Alabama until Mabel's death. Wesley then moved to Pendleton in 1999 to live with family.
Wesley is survived by his daughters, Debbie (Dwight) Brewer, Bonny (Roger) Levi; step-children, Russell Hitch, Janet Isaac, Debi Lamberth, Ronnie Ford; siblings, Roy Lamberth, Jesse Lamberth, Libby Lucas; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mabel Lamberth; father, Winfred Lamberth; mother, Mary Lamberth; daughter, Deloras Roberson; step-children, Carol Jackson, Ronnie Hitch, Don Ford; siblings, Willard Lamberth, Gracie Morris, Joel Lamberth, Paul Lamberth, Ruth Escue, and Catherine Harrison.
Visitation will be held Monday, October 21, 2019, 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St. Anderson.
Services will be at 1:00 p.m.,Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at the funeral home, with Rev. Rick Vale officiating.
Burial will take place in Anderson Memorial Park.
