Wendy L Orosz, 57, of Niles Township, passed away Saturday, February 20th, 2021 after a long and courageous eight year battle with cancer, supported by her dearest loved ones.
On January 21st, 1964 Bobbie and Esther (Everetts) Dickey welcomed their beautiful twins into this world, the youngest of which was Wendy.
After Graduating from Brandywine High school 1982, Wendy married shortly thereafter and became a stay-at-home mom to her two young girls, and then she entered the work force and started in retail before moving on as a Medical Office Manager to various offices in the Michiana Area. On August 12, 2006 she married Dennis Orosz of Niles, at an intimate ceremony in Tennessee. Dennis and Wendy loved to travel from mountains to beaches, tailgating for Notre Dame football games, enjoying every moment, some of which was on the back of their Harley. When at home she enjoyed tending her garden and nurturing her Bluebirds when they would come to rest. She also ran a private floral business, Forget-Me-Knot with her mother, Esther, and carried on after her passing. Once she became a grandmother, she adored each of her grandchildren and loved every moment they spent together.
Wendy's faith carried her through life, especially the last several years as she so valiantly fought. She attended Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Niles.
Wendy is preceded in passing by both parents, two sisters Lynn and Audrey Dickey, as well as her oldest granddaughter Miecca.
She is survived by her loving husband, Dennis Orosz of Niles, and her four daughters, Jessica Orosz of South Bend, Lauren Mack of South Bend, Stephanie Teeter of Niles, and Rachelle Orosz of Elkhart. Her Grandchildren Ashton, Caius, Audrey, Scarlett, and Chance. She is also survived by her oldest sister Sherry, and husband Arthur Doerscher of Northern Michigan, and her twin brother Mark and wife Camille Dickey of Chicago, IL.
