Wayne Eugene Yoder, 71, of Boswell, died April 24, 2021 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born January 23, 1950 in Somerset, he is the son of Billy Eugene and Doris Jean (McNutt) Yoder. Preceded in death by his parents, infant son David Yoder, step-mothers; Mary Louise and Rena Yoder, and infant brother Dean Yoder. Survived by his wife the former Lois E. Miller to who he was married 48 years, children; Michael Yoder of Boswell, and Amanda Romesberg and husband Daniel of Rockwood, grandaughter; Jessica Yoder, and step-granddaughter Trinity Romesberg, also survived by sisters; Darlene Sarver and husband Larry of Somerset, and Stacey Tunstall and husband Raymond III, and many other step brothers and sisters. Wayne was a 1967 graduate of Somerset High School, a US Army Veteran of Vietnam,and following that was a member of the US Army National Guard, he was currently working as a parts runner for W.W. Friedline. He was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, American Legion, Appalachian Wagon Train, and Roof Garden Tractor Buddies. Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset, and from 10-11 am. Friday at Bethany United Methodist Church, Somerset, where a service will immediately follow at 11 a.m. with Reverend Barry K. Ritenour officiating. Interment Sipesville Cemetery.
