Wanda "Dale" Cox White, of Virginia Beach, VA, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2023, in Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. Mrs. White was born on January 28, 1950, the daughter of the late Margaret Pearl Mosley and James Albert Cox. She was also preceded in death by her sisters Sheila Ann Hux, Brenda Kaye Colston, and Georgia Lynn Clay, and her brother Vernon C. Reveal.
Surviving include her husband Frederick Ray White; her daughters: Catherine Dale Hairston (Donald) of Philadelphia, PA, Noma Karen Elepano (Mark) of Virginia Beach, VA; and Pamela Sue Dimino (Michael) of Virginia Beach, VA; her sisters: Marsha Faye Tegl of Gaston, NC and Lila "Frankie" Francis Wright of Roanoke Rapids, NC; and her seven grandchildren: Lauren Nicole Hairston, Courtney Leigh Hairston, Brandon Michael Dimino, Alan Mitchel Hairston, Joshua Ray Elepano, Dominick August Dimino, and Kailyn Alexa Dimino.
A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 9, 2023 at Hockaday Funeral Home with Reverend Randy Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Cedarwood Cemetery.
