Wallace K Tober

Tober Wallace Karl age 89 of Troy Center passed away peacefully Wednesday morning March 6, 2024 on the family farm surrounded by his family. Wallace was born to Emil and Laura Tober on December 13, 1934 in Spring Prairie. Wallace was a farmer for 89 years and proud to be one. He has been on the family farm since 1944. In his younger years he hauled milk with his brother Warren. In his later years he worked at the Elegant Farmer for 13 years, delivered the Waukesha Freeman for 5 years, and worked at the Walworth County Fair Grounds for 3 years. Wallace really enjoyed his tractors, farming, and when family would get together. Wallace is survived by his twin brother Warren(Kathleen)Tober, 10 nieces and nephews, 9 great nieces and nephews, 9 great great nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Emil and Laura, a niece Kay Tober, and a great nephew Emil Tober. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday March 13, 2024 at 12pm with a visitation from 10am until the time of service all at the Troy Center Methodist Church. A luncheon will follow the service at the church. In Lieu of flowers memorials to the Troy Center Methodist Church are greatly appreciated.
