passed away on April 13, 2022, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Havana, Cuba on July 28th, 1938. 'Wally' as he was better known as, graduated from Villanova University in Cuba with a law degree. In 1960 he left Cuba, arrived in New York City, and attended the New School for Social Research, where he studied at night and earned his Master's in Economics. Later moving to Florida, he earned a law degree from the University of Florida and became a member of the Florida Bar. Wally's professional career provided him with numerous opportunities, from banking, aviation, entertainment, to government work. He particularly enjoyed his time with United Fruit Company, traveling to Central and South America. Wally continued his travels while working with CBS Records International and RCA Records. During this time, he had the chance to meet different celebrities and recording artists. In the late 80's, Wally did pro-bono work as a public defender. Wally's final career endeavor was working as a senior attorney for the Department of Transportation, from where he finally retired in 2002. After retiring Wally served his community as a Eucharist Minister and sat on different boards for the City of Indian Rocks Beach. Wally's most cherished role was that of a loving husband and adoring father. Wally is survived by his wife of 62 years, Liliana Clark. His son and daughter-in-law Herb and Audrey Clark, and his daughter and son-in-law Christina Clark and George Maldonado. Visitation Sunday, April 24 at Hubbell Funeral Home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral Mass Monday, April 25 at St. Jerome Catholic Church 11:30 AM . Entombment to follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
