Virginia Wagner, 79, quietly passed away on February 1st after a lengthy illness. Her funeral service will be held on Saturday February 23rd, 10 AM at Reardon's Mortuary 2636 Sycamore Drive, Simi Valley, CA. 93065 followed by internment Oakwood Memorial Cemetery and Park 22601 Lassen St, Chatsworth, CA 91311
Virginia was born on August 19th, 1939 in Waukesha, WI to James and Alvina Hughlett. She married Bobby Wagner in December of 1957. Moving to Simi Valley California they raised 4 sons, and lovingly doted on their 8 grandchildren. While raising her family she continued to work in the banking industry. After retirement Virginia moved to Yucca Valley, CA where she continued working as a book keeper for local businesses. She was also deeply involved with Soroptimist working to improve the lives of women and girls, and an active member of her church. She loved reading, travel, spending time with her family, and her beloved cats. Her family pays tribute to her kindness, generosity, and sacrificial spirit. "She always put her family's needs ahead of her own". She will be sorely missed by all those she has left behind.
She is preceded her husband Bobby, and survived by her 4 sons, Darren, Lonny, Kevin, and Greg.
