MATKOSKEY - Virginia K. "Jenny" (Koba), 63, Acosta, succumbed to her fight with cancer on February 21, 2021, surrounded by her family. Born March 9, 1957 in Illinois. Daughter of Metro and Violet (Strickler) Koba. Preceded in death by parents, sibling; Glen "Butch" Kimmel, Carey "Iggy" and Terry Koba. Survived of loving husband of 35 years David; daughters, Christina, married to Kenny Keepes and Danielle; Grandchildren, Henry and Evie, One "fur" grandbaby, Nina and additional siblings; Patty, Randy, married to Lori Holiday, Jack and Rosemary "Red" Bellinder. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws. Jenny was a bedrock of the Gilmore Manufacturing Company for 29 years and famous for her pies, gobs, and pumpkin rolls across Southwest PA. Renowned for her green thumb, Christmas cookies, Halloween costume seamstress abilities and five-star breakfasts. Jenny is most fondly remembered for her genuine heart of gold, youthful honesty and love for all of God's creatures.
