Fred Burgess, Ret., lived in Leesburg, Virginia; Ginny is also survived by her children, David (Susan) May, Jennifer May (Jim) Bliss, Ashlee May Cook, and Jerry (Kelly) May; her sisters, Dawn Parker and Libby Fair, and brother, Carl (Anne) Cox; as well as her seven loving grandchildren.
A memorial service celebrating her life is forthcoming.
