What is seen is transitory, but what is unseen is eternal. Virginia Lou Brundage Dietze, a wife, mother, businesswoman, and resident of LaPorte, TX, passed away at the age of 75 at 7:28 AM on Friday, January 22, 2021, at the Courtyards of Pasadena Nursing Home in Pasadena, TX. She was born June 16, 1945, in Corrigan, TX. Since the early 1980s, Virgina owned and operated the Pals Children's Center in LaPorte and Pal's Activity Center in Pasadena. She was better known as "Ms. Ginger" in the community because of the many lives she touched providing childcare services to families in the area. Visiting was at Grandview Funeral Home, 8501 Spencer Hwy., Passadena, from 5-8 PM on February 1st, 2021, and Celebration of Life was February 2nd in the chapel. Social distancing of at least 6 ft. apart and masks are required for anyone attending due to COVID precautions. Survived by: husband, Edward Donald "Don" Dietze; children ,Kenneth Darin Roberson-Dietze and Gregory Darrell Dietze; two grandchildren; a daughter-in-law and a son-in-law; and many nieces and nephews. Proceeded in death by: son, Michael Dwayne Dietze; parents, Herbert and Ozell Brundage; siblings, Albert Brundage, Prebble Potter, and Athalie Moore.
