Virginia L. "Ginny" (Seitz) Busdicker, 87, of Sandusky, passed away peacefully early Thursday afternoon, December 15, 2022, at the Parkvue Health Care Center, Sandusky.

Born on June 7, 1935, in Sandusky, OH the daughter of Alden and Agnes (Nicolai) Seitz. She was a graduate of Sandusky High School and a graduate of Ohio State University receiving her Bachelor Degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology. Ginny had worked in the Sandusky Public Local Schools, as a teacher and a speech pathologist and audiologist for nearly 30 years before retiring. She loved wintering in Florida with her husband, Howard, which they had done for nearly 40 years.

She was a member of St. Stephen United Church of Christ and the Alpha Phi Sandusky Alumni Club.

Ginny is survived by her two step-daughters, Becky (Tim) Brown and Beth Busdicker, both of Sandusky; her step-daughter-in-law, Heidi Busdicker of Huron; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a nephew, Philip Seitz of Sandusky.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 41 years, Howard L. "Buzz" Busdicker on December 9, 2021; her step-son, Bill "Buzz" Busdicker; and her brother and sister-in-law, David K. (Sara Jane) Seitz.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday morning, December 28, 2022, from 10 am until time of the funeral service at 11 am at the David F. Koch Funeral and Cremation Services, 520 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky. Deacon Carolyn Steinfeldt officiating.

Entombment will be in the Meadow Green Park Mausoleum, Huron.
