Violet Beverly Kendall, 86 of Berkeley Springs, passed away on July 2, 2022.
Born on October 25, 1935 in Hagerstown, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Della (Monninger) Shank.
Violet enjoyed cooking and traveling and loved her state, West Virginia.
She is survived by her children: Jack Dofflemyer, Jr. (Theda), Lonnie Dofflemyer (Claudette), Kenneth Kendall, and Gary Kendall (Cherie); son-in-law, Michael Danner; sister-in-law, Fern Shank; grandchildren: Michele Gordon, Andrea Hengemihle, Stephanie Danner, Lauren Hopkins (Adam), Craig Dofflemyer, Keli Smith (Scott), Kevin Parsons, Bobby Myers, Josh Dougherty (Sara Collin) Madison Place, David Seabright, Sarah Seabright, and Melissa Seabright; great-grandchildren: Michael, Jade, Thomas-Michael, Leigh-Ann, McKenzie, Cage, Madison, Gavan, and Reagan; and two great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Weston "Jack" Kendall; her children: Beverly Danner and Sherrie Davis; and her siblings: Ernest Shank and Maxine (Virginia) Wiles.
Friends and family will be received on Monday, July 11 from 5-7pm at Rosedale Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 12 at 1pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Rosedale Cemetery.
