Dellavecchia Funeral Home
Vincenzo Ragozzino, 86, of Southington, passed away on Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at home, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband for 61 years of Angelina (Carusone) Ragozzino.
He was born on Sept. 14, 1934 in Treglia, province of Caserta, Italy. Prior to his retirement he was employed by General Electric in Plainville. Vincenzo enjoyed making wine and gardening, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Louis Ragozzino and daughter-in-law Theresa, grandchildren Stephanie and husband Kyle Colasanto and their children Sophia and Michael, Elizabeth Ragozzino also Katelyn Ragozzino and Thomas Ragozzino and their mother Pam Turner, a sister Carmela Ragozzino and a brother Antonio Ragozzino as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his son Aldo Ragozzino and his brothers, Saverio and Giovanni Ragozzino.
Funeral Services were held on Saturday, June 26th at 10:30 am at St. Thomas Church, 99 Bristol St. Burial was at St. Thomas Cemetery. Calling hours were Saturday morning from 9-10 am at the DellaVecchia Funeral Home, 211 N. Main St.
