Vicki Lynn (Johnson) Schellhase, 76 a resident of Jacksonville Beach FL, formally of Wheeling, WV passed away peacefully on October 24, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer. Vicki was born on December 25, 1944 in Cameron, WV and was a 1962 graduate of Wheeling High School, Wheeling WV. Her greatest and most cherished accomplishment was raising her three children whom she adored. She was preceded in death by a sister Sherlene Moore, a niece Lori Ann (Neer) Swanko, and her mother Ruth A. Johnson. She is survived by her loving children Carl J. (C.J.) Schellhase Jr. and his partner Scott M. Carlson of Aurora, IL, Charles R. Schellhase (Shani) of Wheeling, WV, and Amy L. Fisher (Mark) of Jacksonville Beach, FL with whom she resided, three grandchildren Chuckie Schellhase, Ella Schellhase and Shane Fisher, sister Sandra A. Neer of Wheeling, WV, brother Brent (Margaret) Johnson of Charleston, SC, brother-in-law Thomas D. Moore of Martins Ferry, OH, several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff of Community Hospice & Palliative Care/McGraw Center, Jacksonville FL for the excellent and compassionate care they provided our Mom. Per Vicki's wishes, there will be no visitation or service. A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Beaches Chapel by Hardage-Giddens, Jacksonville Beach Florida.
