Tyne Jean Grimes

Tyne Jean Grimes, age 62, of Lewisburg, Kentucky passed away December 5, 2020. She was born January 7, 1958 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Thomas Buntin and Jean (Tyner) Fippinger. Tyne previously was employed by New Mather Metals as a factory worker in Franklin, KY. She adored her little dog, Rita; she loved fishing, camping, reading, and watching racing. Tyne was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt who will be missed by all. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Tom Buntin and James "Jimmy" Buntin.

Her memories will be cherished by her husband, Tony Grimes; sons, Jim "L.J." Dickie of Portland, TN, and Daniel Grimes of Lewisburg; daughters, Shauna Beal (Jason) of Bowling Green, and Brittany Wilson (Brian) of Plainfield, IN; seven grandchildren; a brother, John Buntin of Noblesville, IN; and her mother-in-law, Elizabeth Carr; several nieces and nephews also survive. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date as the family chose cremation.
