WALKERTON - Twilo L. Campbell of Walkerton passed away on Monday, January 18, 2021 in Miller's Merry Manor, Walkerton following an illness. She was born on April 7, 1927 in North Liberty to the late Charles and Violet (McCarty) Brantley and was 93 years-old at the time of her death.
Twilo lived in the area all her life and retired from Modern Door in Walkerton. On October 26, 1946 she married the love of her life, the late Robert "Bob" Campbell. She was a member of the Walkerton United Methodist Church and was an avid reader. Most of all she cherished her family deeply.
She is survived by one son Douglas (Susan Atwell) Campbell of LaPorte; three daughters Sue (Kenneth) Klinedinst of North Liberty, Cindy Gillies of Virginia, and Bobbi Jo Campbell of Koontz Lake; nine grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; three brothers James Brantley of Florida, Richard Brantley of Walkerton, and Kent Brantley of Koontz Lake; and one sister Kay Chiaro of Mishawaka. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son Greg Campbell, and two sisters Peggy Rose and Betty Birtwhistle.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic a private Graveside Service will take place with a public Celebration of Life service to take place at a later date when the Covid restrictions have eased.
