Tracey F. Johnson, age 59, peacefully departed this life on Monday, July 11, 2022. She was the loving mother of Falton L. (Trevia) Holifield, Terry S. (Shanta) Felton, Jr., and LaWana F. (Michael) Dyer. Daughter of Ethel B. White. Sister of Cynthia R. Flowers, Emily Piper, Katie Johns and Carla Jones. She also leaves to cherish her memory a devoted friend Raymond Nunnery, 7 grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy W. Johnson, father, Houston L. Holifield Sr., brother, Houston L. Holifield Jr., and grandson Tayevawn S. Felton. Tracey was a faithful member of Oakland Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star #146. She was a native of Kenner, LA and a resident of Saint Rose, LA for 29 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Homegoing Celebration at Oakland Baptist Church, 825 Reverend Richard Wilson Dr., Kenner, LA 70062, on Saturday July 23, 2022 at 11:00am. Visitation will begin at 10:00am. Rev. Charles Hurst, officiating. Interment to follow at Providence Memorial Park, 8200 Airline Dr., Metairie, LA 70003. Richardson Funeral Home of Jefferson, River Ridge, LA in charge of arrangements.
