Todd Michael Hebert was born July 22, 1963 in Plaquemine, Louisiana. He had been a resident of Hideaway, Texas for nine years, formerly living in Dallas, Texas and Brusly, Louisiana. He worked in lumber sales for over 30 years and more recently worked in facility management for senior living. He was Catholic by faith and enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his grandchildren. Todd was fun loving and never met a stranger. He was always willing to help others in need.
Todd "Geauxpa" passed away at the age of 60 on March 27, 2024 at his home. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Thomas and Corrine Johnson; paternal grandfather, George Hebert and paternal grandmother Norma Heck Hebert; and by his brother, Thomas Hebert, and grandson, Easton Robert Hebert.
Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Michelle Hebert;his parents Wiley Hebert, Sr and Marie Hebert; brother Wiley Hebert, Jr and wife Stephanie; his sister Susan Hunt and her husband, Tim Robillard; and sister in law, June Hebert. Todd leaves behind three sons and daughters-in-law, Nicholas & Erin Hebert, Jessie & Megan Hebert, and Justin & Jenna Hebert; two stepsons and their wives, Michael & Jessica Sheppard and Jeff & Camber Sheppard; and stepdaughter and her husband, Staci & Cody Madsen. He was "Geauxpa" to grandsons Brantley Hebert, Sammy Todd Hebert, Wyatt Sheppard, Levi Sheppard, Creed Madsen; granddaughters Isabelle Hebert, Presley Hebert, Nora Hebert, Lana Hebert, Laurel Hebert, Evey Hebert, Elise Hebert, Torrance Sheppard, Bailey Sheppard, Marie Sheppard, Caselyn Madsen and Braydee Kate Madsen.
Donations can be made to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Brusly, Louisiana or the charity of your choice.
A celebration of life will be held in both Louisiana and Hideaway in the upcoming weeks.
