Timothy "TJ" Stevens, 27, of Deerfield, OH passed away on July 24, 2022 at Akron City Hospital following a motor cycle accident. He was born on June 3rd 1995 in Akron, OH, the son of Kathy Kube and John Stevens. Very early in life TJ faced many tragedies and Heather and Sonny McClinsey were instrumental in raising him after his mothers passing. He graduated from Ravenna High School and Maplewood Career Center where he studied welding. TJ enjoyed his work at Tam systems out of Salem as a mill wright for the last 5 years. He loved climbing the bins and hanging off a crane ball. He never knew when to stop working and worked so hard for everything he had in life. in his free time he was a great friend and the life of the party. He would grill anything and everything even in the freezing cold. TJ loved riding his motorcycle and working on anything with an engine. Despite experiencing so much pain and hurt through out his life, he always had a smile on his face and that smile will be so dearly missed. He is preceded in death by his mother Kathy Kube, aunt Karen Mallory, grandparents Ed and Maggie Kube. He is survived by his father John Stevens, Heather and Sonny McClinsey and their four children who considered him a brother; Cori Kinsell, Samantha Mitchell, Nick Baker, David McClinsey and their spouses. Jennifer Kraft, Krista Stevens, Joshua Gibson his best friend and his godson Gavyn Gibson, Sam Ferrante his girlfriend and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Acknowledgements to the staff at Summa Health system on floor T2 as well as the staff of the hospice unit. A celebration of life will be held at West Branch State park East boat ramp pavilion on July 31st 2022 from 4-8 pm. Memorial donations may be made to the Victims Assistance program of Summit County.
