Thomas Winston Swain

Thomas Winston Swain, aged 83, passed away on November 25, 2025, in Nampa, Idaho. Born on January 26, 1942, in Quinlyn, Texas, Thomas was a cherished member of his community and beloved by many.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 16 years, Thelma Rose Swain; his sons, Thomas Swain (Sandie), James Swain, Tyre Swain (Shawna), Jesse Swain; and his daughters, Bobbie Green (Mark), Rose Mendez (Elias). He also leaves behind his sister, Marilyn Swain Reich, along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will miss him dearly.

Thomas was preceded in death by his first wife, Stella Murdock Swain, with whom he shared 50 years of marriage, and his son, Terry William Swain.

A service to honor and celebrate his life will be held on December 5, 2025,1:00 P.M. at Alsip and Persons Funeral Chapel, located at 404 10th Avenue S., Nampa, Idaho. Thomas's life was marked by his profound dedication to his family and his enduring kindness, which will be remembered by all who knew him.
