His Legacy... Tom, Age 59, passed away April 20, 2020. He was born on June 4, 1960, in Trenton, New Jersey to James Thomas Poulos and Joyce (Koos) Poulos. Tom married the love of his life, Susan Stuky, on February 19, 1998 in Southfield, Michigan in a civil service, and again, April 25, 1998 at the Nativity of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church in Plymouth, Michigan. Tom will be remembered as a humorous, helpful, generous person who loved animals. Tom proudly served in the U.S. Navy, working in Naval Intelligence as a Cryptologist. He was an incredibly bright and gifted person who was blessed with an eidetic memory. Tom received a Bachelor's Degree in English Language Literature from Eastern Michigan University. He enjoyed a successful career as an Engagement Manager with AT&T for 23 years as well as owning a small business in the telecom industry. Tom will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

His Family... Tom will be missed by his wife Susan; his step-sons, Michael (Jamie) Lieberman, Joseph (Sarah) Lieberman; siblings, Cathy (Tom) Dukas, Karen (Warren) Newman, Carol (Dan Chapman) Poulos-Chapman; grandchildren Cerina Lieberman, Alexandria Lieberman, Victoria Lieberman, Genevieve Lieberman; nieces and nephews, Madison Dukas, Alex Newman, Taylor Newman, Kelsey Newman, Daniel Chapman, Kevin Chapman, Carolina Chapman, Olivia Chapman. He is preceded in death by his parents and his nephew Sam Dukas.

His Farewell... Tom's family and friends will gather at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Howell Chapel for a private Family Gathering. His Community Farewell will be held at a time and date to be determined. Memorial contributions are suggested to The Livingston County Humane Society.
