Hurd Jr., Thomas B. found quietus on October 20, 2023, age 86. Tom is survived by his wife Nancy Hurd (n?e Bahr), daughter Jennifer Studebaker and sons Thomas Hurd III and William Hurd, granddaughter Brynn Studebaker and other dear relatives and friends. Tom was predeceased by his wife of forty-nine years, Brenda Hurd (n?e Strohmer).
A lifelong resident of Whitefish Bay, Tom attended Country Day High School, Cornell University and University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he was a member of Khi Psi Fraternity. Tom was an avid fisherman, sailor and skier on both snow and water. He loved the Packers, Brewers and Wisconsin Badgers. His favorite fishing hole was Boyd's Mason Lake Resort in Fifield, Wisconsin.
Tom requested that no service be held, but that memorials and tributes be sent to The Milwaukee Audubon Society. Tom's family would like to extend a special thanks to the caring staff at Care-Age of Brookfield and Allay Home & Hospice.
