Thomas W. Daigle, 73, of Raymond, NH passed away on Monday, September 14, 2020 in the Mass General Hospital, Boston, MA following a short battle with Leukemia. He was born in Amesbury, MA, a son of the late Thomas J. and Regina (Bellemore) Daigle. He had been a resident of Raymond for the past 15 years, formerly living in Amesbury.
Mr. Daigle proudly served his country as a Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, serving during Vietnam. He worked for 25 years as a bus driver for the MBTA in Lynn, MA. Mr. Daigle like to work with his hands, he could fix just about anything and enjoyed auto mechanics and fixing cars. He enjoyed fishing and watching hockey, the Montreal Canadians were his favorite team. He also enjoyed being around his family, especially his grandchildren. Mr. Daigle enjoyed hosting family events at his home, especially the pool parties with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his children; Todd Daigle and his wife Leslie, and Tammy Rogers and her husband Kevin, all of Epping, NH, by his three grandchildren; Melissa Daigle and Zachary and Maggie Rogers and by his sister; Shirley Kurgan and her husband Peter of Hilton Head, SC. He was predeceased by his wife of 48 years; Gail M. (Ferrera) Daigle in 2018.
