Thomas C. Caruso, 87, of New Kensington, died Thursday, June 9, 2022. He was the beloved husband of 67 years to Ethel Caruso; loving father of Cynthia (Jonathan) Turiak; grandfather of Daniel (Kristin) Turiak and the late Thomas Duane Uzmack; great-grandfather of Braiden, Logan and Austin; brother of Alberta Smith, Eleanor Verner, Frances Hickey and the late Cecelia Cantine; and son of the late Albert and Agnes Caruso. He also leaves behind extended family and friends. He was the owner of Modern Painting and Decorating, which is still being ran by his grandson, Daniel Turiak. He retired from the Navy. He was a volunteer fireman in Cheswick. Family and friends will be received from 4 p.m. until the time of a service at 5:30 p.m. Friday, June 17, 2022, at the THOMAS M. SMITH FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY LTD.
