PALATINE - Theodore "Ted" Rychlewski, 89. Army Veteran. Beloved husband of Eileen, nee Sullivan for 46 years. Loving father of Colleen (MSG Robert) Maresh. Proud papa of Marley and Lilliana Maresh. Dear brother of Chester (the late Nora) Rychlewski, the late Gene (the late Mary Ann) Rychlewski and brother-in-law of the late Jack (Audrey) Sullivan, the late Timothy (Patricia) Sullivan, the late Marie (Phil) Cosgrove, Patrick (Gloria) Sullivan and Joanne (the late Jack) Milligan. Fond uncle to many nieces and nephews. Ted was an accountant with International Minerals and Chemicals for 36 years and was also a very active member of St. Thomas of Villanova Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mercy Home for Boys and Girls in Ted's name. Visitation Monday, February 27, 2023, from 3-8 PM at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, 185 E. Northwest Hwy., Palatine. Funeral Tuesday, 9:30 AM from the funeral home to St. Thomas of Villanova Church for Mass at 10 AM. Interment will be private.
