On Sunday, January 24, 2021, Ted passed away of complications from Covid. He was born on September 25, 1949, to Louis & Helen Kaduk in Fairmont, West Virginia. He graduated from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 1974 and practiced general dentistry for 41 years in New Port Richey, FL. On July 29, 1972 he married Darby Smith Kaduk. They raised two children, Lisa and Christopher.
Ted had a love of history, cats and traveling, but his three grandchildren gave him the greatest joy. He was preceded in death by his father, Louis Kaduk. He is survived by his wife, Darby; his daughter, Dr. Lisa Kaduk Hafer(Jay); grandson, Theodore "T.J."; his son, Christopher Kaduk (Dr. Jillian); granddaughters, Emmerey and Palmer; and his mother, Helen Kaduk and brother, Louis Kaduk.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, January 28, at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church, Port Richey, FL at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ted's memory to: Best Friends Animal Society 5001 Angel Canyon Rd., Kanab, UT 84741-0567 or First United Methodist Church, Food Ministry 5901 Indiana Ave., New Port Richey, FL 34652
