Keating, Terrence E. July 29, 2022. Terry believed in service over self. He was loyal, dedicated, committed, faithful, loving and a true man for others. Terry spent most of his life as a practicing attorney in the Detroit area, where he was involved in numerous charitable and civic activities. He retired to his beloved Mullett Lake where he continued his efforts in helping others by assisting the Cheboygan County Community Foundation and becoming President of the Cheboygan Housing Commission. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Noreen; sons Patrick and Kevin; daughter-in-law Karen; 7 loving nieces and nephews; 11 great nieces and nephews and many cousins. He is predeceased by his grandson Brendan Michael Keating and many other loving family members. The family will receive friends Friday 3-8PM, with Scripture Service 7PM, at A.J. Desmond & Sons (Vasu, Rodgers & Connell Chapel), 32515 Woodward (between 13 & 14 Mile Rds), Royal Oak, Michigan, 248-549-0500. Funeral Mass Saturday 10AM at St Hugo of the Hills Catholic Church, 2215 Opdyke Rd, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. Visitation at church begins at 9AM.
