Terry A. Morlock, 66 of Waxahachie, TX passed away at home March 6, 2021.
Terry was born in South Bend, IN, July 8, 1954. He is a graduate of LaSalle High School, class of 1973, where he held the shot put record for over 18 years.
He was a skilled carpenter by trade. In 1980 he moved to Dallas, TX. His interests included photography, gardening and astronomy, which he enjoyed along with sunsets during years living at Cedar Creek Reservoir, TX. He was a life long Notre Dame and Green Bay Packers football fan, even though he was the proud owner of a photo of the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders; autographed personally to him.
He is the only son of Vaughn and Gertie Morlock, both preceded him in death. He is survived by his daughters Jessica (Alfonso) Briseno and Cassandra (Daniel) Hernandez. Grandchildren Jonathan (US Army), Trystan, Cynthia, Daniel "Alex", Sophia and Amelia. His sisters Nancy (Roger) Morgan and Susan (John) Garman, nieces Laura, Selina and nephew Andrew, who followed his uncle in joining the US Air Force.
He was blessed to give his heart to Jesus Christ as a young man. Terry served in the US Air Force and is interned at the VA National Cemetery in Dallas.
