Teresa Edelman

Theresa M. Edelman, age 89, formerly of Rome, NY, passed away September 5, 2022 in Asheville, NC.

Theresa was born March 19, 1933 in Constableville, NY to the late Edwin Schue and Kathryn Kotary Schue. She was a member of St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church. Theresa was an avid golfer, bowler, and card player. She babysat for several families and volunteered at Rome Hospital.

In addition to her parents and siblings, Theresa was preceded in death by her husband Arlon Edelman, and children Danny Edelman and Diane Mincey.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her children Gary Edelman (Tammy) of Arden, NC, Donna Porter of Ellington, CT; daughter-in-law, Tina Edelman of Utica, NY; sister, Iris Ouimette of Saint Johns, FL, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A private service will be held at a later date.
