Ms. Winkley passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at Ben Taub Hospital in Houston, TX. She was born Wednesday, April 18, 1990 in Longview, TX. Ms. Winkley is survived by her parents, Mr. Willie and Mrs. Winnie Winkley of Waskom, TX; grandmother, Ms. Mary Johnson; sisters, Mrs. Belinda (Alonzo) Macon and Mrs. Felicia (Terry) Murry; brother, Mr. Shandon (Kim) Boyd all of Marshall, TX; including numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
