Mrs. Tammy Joyce Ensley, age 38 of Pilot Mountain passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at Wake Forest Baptist medical Center in Winston Salem. She was born March 2, 1979 to Shirley Mae Clement and the late Donald Clay Swearingen.
