Tammy Gilbert - Poulin, 53, lost her battle with cancer, Wednesday October 26th, at her home in Goffstown, surrounded by loved ones. She worked and loved her job at the Elliot Hospital for 17 years. She loved spending time with her friends, family and grandchildren. She is predeceased by her father, Ernie MacLeod, survived by her mother, Linda MacLeod; brother Frank Gilbert; aunt Cathy and uncle Bill MacLeod; cousin Ginger Bailey, husband Steve Poulin; children Ian and Lauren Poulin; grandchildren Aaron and Oliver Stockwell.
Services will be held on 11/12 at 1 p.m. at American Legion in Contoocook, NH.
