Suzanne Renee (Weaver) Taylor, age 82, of Rockford, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 23, 2022. She was born in Chicago, IL on November 2, 1939, the daughter of Max and Ruth Weaver. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Larry Taylor Jr., on October 23, 2020; and parents. Sue is survived by her sons, Scott (Toni) Taylor, and Martin (MaryBeth) Taylor; grandchildren, Andrew, Sydney, Matthew, and Marissa. A memorial service for Sue will take place at Faith Baptist Church on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 11:00 am. Pastor Randy Williams will serve as officiant. A luncheon at Faith Baptist Church will follow immediately after the service. Memorial contributions may be directed to Faith Baptist Church or the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
