Suzanne Christensen

Suzanne (Kireta) Christensen, age 73, of York, passed away at UPMC Memorial on November 8, 2025. She was the loving wife of Dennis A. Christensen; together they shared 41 years of marriage.

Suzanne was born in Harrisburg, PA on September 25, 1952 and was the daughter of Joseph and Betty (Miller) Kireta. She graduated from Central Dauphin East High School Class of 1970, went on to work for Gino's, and later Zeigler & Sons for 26 years until her retirement. Suzanne also enjoyed watching old TV shows, word searches, and traveling.

In addition to her loving husband Dennis, Suzanne is survived by her daughter Heather Krepps and husband Andrew; her grandchildren Taylor Slusser and husband Daniel Myers, Benjamin Newpher, Brielle Krepps, Emily Krepps, and Elliana Krepps; and her great-grandson Parker Myers, who affectionately called her GiGi. She is also survived by her siblings Joseph Smink and wife Genevieve and Mary Karin Harrison and husband Jim.

Funeral services and interment will be held privately by the family.
