Sue was born on January 13, 1960, in Minneapolis, MN, to the late Norbert and Hellen Dehn. She attended Anoka Schools until she was 13. Sue then moved to Albany, MN, on a small farm until she graduated in 1978. She went to beauty school at St. Cloud Beauty School. Sue worked as a beautician in Willmar, MN, for four years. She went to Alabama to join Edward Partch Jr. They moved to New York and were united in marriage on April 15, 1983, in Statin Island, New York. The couple then moved in 1984 back to Minnesota, where they began their family. Nickolas was born on November 12, 1984, and their second son, Dustin was born on April 19, 1988. They lived in Grey Eagle, Sauk Centre, and St. Cloud. Sue worked at Fingerhut from 1987-2000. She then attended SCTC for medical administration. Sue worked at the St. Cloud Veteran's Hospital and the St. Cloud Surgical Center in transcription. She worked with CentraCare from 2002 to 2012 in housekeeping and administration of patients at the plaza. Ed and Sue moved to Little Falls in 2004. Sue worked with disabled adults at Oakridge Homes. She also worked at the St. Francis Convent for her last 7 years until she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in August of 2022. She struggled with this journey God put her on, but she trusted God would take her home. Sue enjoyed camping, fishing, swimming, crocheting, planting her flowers, being outside, and playing games and dominoes with her friends. She loved her family, and will be missed by all who knew her.
Sue is survived by her husband, Ed; sons, Nickolos and Dustin Partch of Little Falls; grandson, Remy Partch, whom Sue adored and loved and believes she was blessed to live longer because of Remy. Lauren Syverson gave birth to Remy at the right time to lift Sue's spirits.
