Susan Michelle Filkins

Susan Filkins, 55 of Punta Gorda, has gone home to the Lord. She passed peacefully on June 10th, 2023 with her son and best friend, Todd, by her side. She was born abroad in Germany with her father, mother and three older siblings while her father was serving in the US Air Force.

She is survived by her children Jacqueline Salerno, Jaimi Filkins, Kaitlynn Brooks, Todd Brooks, Andrew Hornbrook, her five grandchildren and her sweet pup Elsa. She is predeceased by her parents Robert and Mickie Todd.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
