Steven Alvin Cook

Steven Alvin Cook was born to the late Alvin Everette Cook and Maxine Searcy Cook on September 1, 1957. He is predeceased by a daughter, Stephanie Cook.

Survivors include his loving wife of 27 years, Sarah Phillips Cook; brothers Johnny Lee Cook, Randall Martin Cook; sisters Susan Corriher and Karen Cook Lee. He is also survived by his beloved dog, Petie.
