Stephen Davis Williams, 85, a life-long farmer of Olive Branch, Mississippi, was born on September 15, 1935, and passed away on February 1, 2021. He graduated from Olive Branch High School in 1954, where he lettered in football, basketball, and track. As a third-generation farmer, Steve spent his life farming the land which had been in his family for generations. He also served on the board of directors for BancorpSouth along with various other farm committees and boards. Steve was also a member of the Germantown church of Christ. When he was not farming, he enjoyed hunting, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Steve is survived by his wife of 58 years, Loretta; two sons, Todd Williams (Debbie) and Scott Williams (Kimberly) both of Olive Branch; and four granddaughters: Tana, Loren, Savannah, and Maggie. He also leaves behind his brothers, Edward Williams and Robert Williams and sister, Patricia Nichols all of Olive Branch, Mississippi. He is preceded in death by his parents, George Edward and Maggie Williams; his two brothers, Lee Williams and Joe Williams; and two sisters, Margaret McIntosh and Dorothy Munn. Visitation will be held on February 6, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. at Germantown Church of Christ with the Funeral Service following at 1:00 p.m. The Committal Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Blocker Cemetery in Olive Branch, MS
