Stephen M. Randle, 62, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 16, 2022 surrounded by his family after a long, courageous battle with cancer. He was the beloved husband of Denise (Pistacchio) Randle for 33 years. Born in Providence, he is survived by parents C. William (Bill) Randle and Lois (Birnie) Randle.
Steve was a devoted, loving father to his daughters Jessica (Randle) Maynard and Jenna Randle, son in law Daniel Maynard and his soon to be granddaughter Ellie Rae Maynard. In addition, he is survived by his brothers, Robert Randle and wife Laura, James Randle and wife Sherree, and his sister Ellen (Randle) Fontaine and husband Richard along with his many nieces and nephews. Steve will be missed greatly by his dog Reggie and two grand dogs Goose and Roma Maynard.
Steve worked in HVAC for over 40 years and was an extremely dedicated employee, coworker and mentor to those who knew him professionally. In addition to his career, he always had a project going on in his yard and was well known to be able to fix or build anything. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to take rides on his Harley Davidson. He enjoyed spending the summer weekends at his lifelong residence at Roy Carpenter’s Beach.
His funeral will be held Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 11am in the TUCKER-QUINN Funeral Home, 643 Putnam Pike, Greenville. Burial will be private. Visitation Friday, July 22, 2022 from 4-8pm.
